Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Pioneer account and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Device
Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.
- 3.Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
